HydroPulse feeds water to the center of a wheel with blades. A control plate directs the water blast at the work. The wheel is direct driven. The blade openings are large and never plug! |

Water is thrown in large waves at 200 pulses per second. Waves hit the work at 70 MPH. |

Nozzles produce a fine mist which loses its impact quickly once it leaves the nozzle. Nozzles plug easily. High pressure pumps wear quickly thereby losing efficiency. |
